We currently serve clients through:

• Consumer Directed Services (CDS)
  For eligible individuals who qualify for Missouri's Consumer Directed Services program and want greater choice and control over their care.

• Private-Pay Care
  Flexible in-home support for individuals and families who choose to pay privately for services.

• Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI)
  We work with individuals who have eligible long-term care insurance benefits and can assist with the process of accessing covered home care services.

Please note: LTCI coverage varies by policy. Clients may be responsible for payment of services while coverage is being reviewed, approved, or during any applicable waiting/elimination period. Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits and requirements.
